WHAT IS CROSSFIT?

CrossFit begins with a belief in fitness. The aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness. We have sought to build a program that will best prepare trainees for any physical contingency — not only for the unknown, but for the unknowable. After looking at all sport and physical tasks collectively, we asked what physical skills and adaptations would most universally lend themselves to performance advantage. Capacity culled from the intersection of all sports demands would quite logically lend itself well to all sport. In sum, our specialty is not specialising.

HOW DO I JOIN CROSSFIT DUX?

CrossFit Dux Waiver

We are a community driven club where we want to know our members and for our members to know us. Before you enter the group CrossFit class, we ask for your commitment to partake in our On-Ramp program.

The On-Ramp program is 3 x 60 minute one-on-one sessions (or with your friend/partner). Our program is to help with the following things:

WHEN DO WE TRAIN?

CrossFit Classes
Monday – Friday
5:30am – 6:30am – 9:15am – 5pm – 6:10pm
Saturday
7am

Open Gym
Monday – Friday
7:30am till 9am / 3:30pm till 5pm

On Ramp Program
Upon availability (usually before/after the scheduled CrossFit classes)

CrossFit is a fitness program where the reward for doing well, is the ability to express your fitness in everyday life. In as many different planes and activities as you can possibly imagine.
