What is “The Dux Virus”?

The Dux Virus is for the competitors of CrossFit Dux that are ready to upgrade their training to suit the competition scene. This is extra work on top of the daily workout, not a substitution. This is not for everyone as the daily “workout of the day” is going to be MORE than enough work load to develop a strong and conditioned body. We are, with this program, catering towards the sport side of things…

I would expect you to have a minimum of 12 months of consistent CrossFit, as well as have all the basic foundations down. Chest-to-bar pull-ups, strict handstand push-ups, GHD sit-ups, Pistol Squats. I would much rather give someone a specific gymnastics or strength program rather than letting you dive straight into the Dux Virus program.
