I have been working in the fitness industry for well over 20 years, I have been coaching
CrossFit for over a decade, and I have been running my own CrossFit affiliate since 2014. I am continually striving for excellence with knowledge for human movement, performance & healthy lifestyles… This is what amplifies DUX to be the best gym in the world.

DUX is a sanctuary that has changed peoples life’s… and it has changed my life!

My mission is for myself and my trainers to inspire, educate and entertain… while delivering insanely thought-out programming, implementing wildly fun classes & distributing unimaginable results. We strive to make you better… we have seen time and time again, ordinary people doing extraordinary things!

Our motto… “Nobody’s Victim” is a metaphor for not only inside the gym… but we see it carry outside the gym.
I hear it from my members everyday.
We (myself included) do not blame anyone other than ourselves for the work we put in for success.
We don’t play the victim.
We don’t blame situations.
We just get to work!
And we work HARD!

We have built not only strong bodied athletes, but we have built peoples confidence to the point that they can feel like they can attack ANYTHING life has to throw at them.

Dux is a life changer… You have the tools… Let us show you how to use them.

I’ve been in the fitness industry for the last 12 years and My goal been to never stop learning and growing.

The fitness industry is ever changing and as a coach, I am always looking to learn and develop my skills so I can best help any person I work with. I pride myself on creating an environment that drives, encourages people to learn, build and challenge themselves. To strive for progress and prioritise movement and their own health.

My mission has always been to help any person train for as long as possible, to the best if their ability. No matter their level of strength or fitness. I want to help people perfect movement patterns, prevent injuries and feel strong, confident and capable. I want to push people outside their comfort zone. Seeing people achieve something they never thought they could is truly why I do this job. There is nothing more rewarding to me then that.

It’s never to late to learn something new. I believe that for myself as much as any person I coach.

Competitive sports has been a part of life since I was 6 years old, it created a drive in me to constantly strive for progress. To change, adapt and grow and become a better version of myself each time. It’s my hope as a coach to be able create this for others.

I have helping people with their health and fitness journey for 9 years. I’ve always been involved in team sports, whether playing, training, or coaching – this is what drove me to become a personal trainer in 2013. After a couple of years of working 1 on 1 with people, I discovered a passion constantly varied, functional movements executed at relatively high intensity: CrossFit.

I found not only did it tick the team sport box for me but enabled me to teach people how to incorporate into fitness into a healthy lifestyle, no matter their age, ability or fitness history. CrossFit is what gets me up every morning; I love the methodology, I love the way it makes me feel, and I believe it is the best way to not only enjoy fitness, but it is the best way to forge elite health. I therefore joined Dux in 2016 as a member, and enjoyed it so much, I HAD to become a bigger part of the community. So, I became a coach. Since 2016 I have spent every waking moment thinking and doing CrossFit; this has helped me develop a great deal of knowledge on the methodology, movements and how to communicate it to others.

My heart lies in the Dux Community; I love building friendships and trust with each member, to help them grow not just as athletes but as people. I truly believe CrossFit breeds more successful people because shared suffering breeds success. In the end, I love being a part of Dux and seeing the members grow is what fuels my fire.

I grew up in Switzerland and always had a sportive background; I was a competitive figure skater, and you would have found me snowboarding in the mountains on weekends. With the move to Australia, I eventually turned to CrossFit and have never looked back since. The culture and community that CrossFit offers instantly struck a chord and I have been hooked ever since. I have stepped up to a coaching role to pass on my knowledge from my life changing experience. The complexity of the CrossFit regime and the challenges it provides every time you walk in the door is something I want to guide everyone else through as my coaches did for me.

I am hugely passionate about and committed to helping and inspiring people to achieve their health and lifestyle goals. I live for for all things sport and fitness - you name it, I’ve probably played it!

I have been a personal trainer, fitness and CrossFit coach for over 10 years. I run my personal training business from a couple of health and fitness facilities across Brisbane and am a dedicated CrossFitter and CrossFit coach at Dux. Dux has the most amazing community of members and coaches and I’m thrilled to be a part of the team.

Over the last few years I have conducted a number fitness challenges. I pride these challenges on having a completely holistic approach with a focus on developing participant’s education on all things health, fitness, lifestyle and wellbeing.

I have been involved in a number of team sports including rugby, basketball and Crossfit. My most recent achievement was competing at the 2017 Reebok Crossfit Regionals as part if the CrossFit Bamboo (Melbourne) team.

My personal training sessions involve functional movement patterns to aid the positive development of each individual’s needs and goals. I take pride in creating programs that will develop longterm strength and minimise injury.
