Our on-ramp program consists of 3 x 1-on-1 sessions to introduce people into our level of intensity and to get more familiar with our coaching style.
During these sessions, we focus on building confidence just as much as competence. Youβll learn how to squat, hinge, press, pull, and brace properly before adding intensity or load. We break down each movement into clear, manageable steps so you understand not just what to do, but why youβre doing it. Our goal is to meet you where you are atβ¦ whether youβre brand new to exercise or returning after time away, andβ¦ create a safe, structured pathway into group classes.
By the end of your on-ramp, youβll feel comfortable with our terminology, equipment, and workout flow. Most importantly, youβll understand how to scale movements appropriately so that every workout challenges you without overwhelming you. CrossFit is for everyone and with the right foundation, youβll be ready to train with intensity, purpose, and confidence.
